Modern Cottage

The Modern Cottage landscape design was a front yard garden refresh. Following the installation of a backyard garden suite, it was time to focus on curb appeal. The client was interested in beauty, less maintenance and a pop of colour. Combining small trees with shrubs and a few select perennials was the solution. There will be interest in this garden, year-round with the tree structure of an Adrian’s Compact Japanese Maple and a Ruby Falls Weeping Redbud, the texture of Brilliant Sedum and Puffer Fish Hydrangea, PLUS plants like PJM Elite Rhododendrons, Magenta Bloombux Rhododendron, and Silver Gumdrop Coral Bells that will be evergreen!
