My landscape design OFFERINGS
Master In The Field Landscape Design proudly serves homeowners throughout Etobicoke, Toronto, and the GTA. We understand local climate challenges, zoning regulations, and neighborhood aesthetics, ensuring your landscape design complies with all municipal requirements while enhancing your property’s curb appeal and functionality.
CONSULTATIONS - $150
This is our opportunity to meet each other and make sure we will be comfortable going on this journey together. I will also get a glimpse of the scope of your project.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS - TBD
Do you live outside Toronto? I am happy to discuss a virtual consultation for garden plans or designs. Just get in touch!
LANDSCAPE DESIGNS - $1,500+
The design fee is quoted on and agreed to in advance. A 50% deposit is required upfront and the balance due upon final design approval. Landscape Designs are completed in colour using DynaScape CAD landscape design software.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - TBD

-The cost of plants -Contractor fees -Adding irrigation and/or lighting -Would you like me on-site for your installation? -Will you require property maintenance? -Need assistance sourcing furniture, accessories, appliances? *All of this will vary depending on the complexity and scale of your project.

As a professional Landscape Designer, I create detailed backyard landscaping plans, including hardscape, all tailored to your outdoor spaces. In-person Consultation
This is our chance to meet and for me to assess the scope of your project. From here I provide you with a design quote detailing all aspects.

Site Analysis
When you agree to my quote, a 50% deposit is paid. I then get to work analyzing your landscape and taking measurements. If you have an updated property survey, this stage moves more quickly.

Design Process
After approximately 4-8 weeks, I present to you the defined numbers of design options, you provide me with feedback, I complete revisions and deliver a final design to you. At this point, the balance of the design fee is due.

Consulting with Contractors
Should you want someone else to do the work, I will procure two Contractor quotes for you to consider which will include things like preparing the stie, amending soil, installing hardscape, planting, etc. At the same time, I can also procure a quote for your plants and arrange delivery.

Installation and Maintenance
For an additional fee, I can be on site for your installation to project manage and can place plants according to the design. A maintenance plan will be provided for each plant to ensure their best success.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the design phase take?
A timeline is always dependent on the size and scope of your project as well as my own workload. I never want to rush for the sake of getting a project done quickly. Having said that, most projects take between 3–8 weeks. Sometimes this is longer if permits are required.
Do you handle permits and city approvals
If your landscaping project requires city permits (e.g., for retaining walls, decks, driveway widening), I can assist by providing you with the necessary drawings to submit for this process. In the odd case, an engineer may be required to complete this process.
What’s the typical timeline for A PROJECT INSTALLATION?
The installation of your project varies depending on the scope and can be affected by weather. Usually you can expect 4–8 weeks. If you have a pool or sport court or retaining walls in your design plan, the timeline becomes extended.
Can you work with small yards or irregular spaces?
