The Hangout Hideaway is now complete! This lovely client wanted an outdoor space to relax and enjoy summer’s off from work. The main asks were for a large patio with a gazebo, a gas-powered fire pit zone to connect and unwind, gas bbq, completely fenced in yard for safety and privacy, a place to grow food (gorgeous modern raised planters coming in 2026), and a small garden filled with pollinators to support food production and add beauty. All with a modern aesthetic AND low maintenance! In the process of creating all this function and beauty, we were able to solve problems with grading and drainage, improved circulation pathways and added safety. If you can believe it, we accomplished everything on the wish list. Plus an irrigation system and landscape lighting was installed to decrease maintenance and add ambiance. Due to having a highly qualified and disciplined group of Contractors, based on the scope of a project, everything was completed in an extremely reasonable period of time. The client is very happy with the backyard transformation and is already looking forward to completing the front yard landscaping in the Spring.
